CitiParks Roving Art Cart

That was just one of the free lessons handed out Thursday at Allegheny Commons Park.
The CitiParks Roving Art Cart was there, as part of its summer tour.
The Art Cart will visit all 32 parks in the City of Pittsburgh this summer.
