That's why at Elite Bartending School, all training is done under the supervision of a qualified instructor behind the school's simulated, fully equipped bar that will prepare you in everything from speed techniques to bar fluency. The school is also the only bartending school in the city authorized to teach the Professional Bartending Schools of America bartending program during its 40-hour professional mixology course. Classes start weekly and are offered during the day and evening, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., as well as Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Wrap up this interactive class with a graduation event in which you'll receive your mixology certificate and have the opportunity to participate in a cocktail competition.
