Armstrong Co. Man Facing Charges In Teen's Death

KITTANNING (KDKA) -- State police say charges have been filed against an Armstrong County man in connection with the death of a teenage boy in 2010.

According to state police, 21-year-old Toby Noel of Kittanning is now facing charges of corruption of minors and furnishing alcohol to minors.

West Kittanning Boro police and state police investigated the death of 14-year-old Anthony Kline last October.

After an autopsy was performed, investigators say toxicology tests show that Kline had a blood alcohol content of 0.162 percent as well as oxycodone and THC in his blood stream.

A preliminary hearing for Noel has been scheduled for Oct. 5, 2011.
