Adorable: Miss PA Reacts After Not Placing In Miss USA

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Miss Pennsylvania, and former KDKA intern, Elena LaQuatra got some bad news Sunday night.

LaQuatra found out that she did not make it into the top 15 in the Miss USA 2016 Pageant.

But rather than cry, the Pittsburgh girl chose to chow down instead.

She posted a video to social media showing her -- all made up and in a sparkly dress -- downing what appears to be chocolate cake after revealing she didn't make the cut.

"So good...no shame," she said.

LaQuatra then set her sights on rooting for her pals who were advancing.

"So excited to cheer for my friends who made it to the top 10! Especially Georgia," she said.

Taking the high road and getting a sugar fix at the same time. You do Pittsburgh proud Elena!
