2 Westmoreland Co. Prison Employees Charged For Relations With Inmates
GREENSBURG (KDKA) - Two Westmoreland County Prison employees are being charged with having sexual relationships with inmates.
According to police, 38-year-old Belinda Sapanara was working as a nurse practitioner when she allegedly had a relationship with a 29-year-old inmate.
Melissa Boggs, 43, was working as a corrections officer when she allegedly had a relationship with a 28-year-old inmate.
Both women were arraigned on charges of institutional sexual assault and released on $10,000 dollars unsecured bond.
