Woman dies after crashing into Schuylkill River in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania

A woman who was rescued after her car plunged into the Schuylkill River Tuesday morning has died. Two Lower Merion officers and a firefighter from the Union Fire Company jumped into the river to try and save the 77-year-old woman. She was taken to Lankenau hospital but did not survive.
