President Biden to volunteer with Philabundance on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.

President Joe Biden will return to Pennsylvania for the second time in a week on Monday, Jan. 15 to volunteer with Philabundance in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.
