Pipes at home of suspected serial killer in Philadelphia's Olney section were clogged, sources say
Sewer pipes at Raymond Horsch's "house of horrors" in the Olney section of Philadelphia were clogged and have been sent for extensive testing, police sources say. Investigators are looking for DNA and evidence of human remains at the site this week.
