Philadelphia's District Council 33 speaks out after union voted to authorize a strike

Members of Philadelphia's largest municipal union said they're prepared to strike at the end of the month if they don't get a contract extension from the city. District Council 33 spoke out after its members voted to authorize a strike. The union, representing more than 9,000 public sector employees in Philadelphia, said it's been negotiating with the city for months.
