Philadelphia Marathon organizers apologize to runners after hundreds didn't receive a medal

Ahead of the big event on Sunday, some of our region's youngest runners got medals in the Children’s Run. But that wasn't the case for hundreds of runners at the end of two other preliminary events. Ryan Hughes reports.
