Philadelphia man grateful for heart transplant that helped him defy the odds
Sixty-year-old Earl Jones had a heart transplant at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia more than two decades ago. Now, he helps other families as a volunteer with the Gift of Life Donor Program.
