Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner denounces Trump's deploying National Guards to cities
President Trump has activated 800 National Guard members to address what he calls a crime emergency in Washington, D.C.
The president has indicated he wants to do the same in other cities.
Philadelphia's district attorney joined faith leaders to denounce the idea.
Larry Krasner said he took an oath to uphold the Constitution and that Philadelphia is in a period of historic low crime.
