Neighbors remember West Philadelphia man fatally shot by police outside his home
Neighbors described the man who was shot and killed by Philadelphia police on Tuesday morning as quiet and kind. Philadelphia police said the man, 75-year-old Anthony McKinley, fired first. The shooting is under investigation.
