Meteorological spring arrives in Philadelphia with temps in the 40s, blast of Arctic air Monday
High temperatures will run below average Sunday in the low-to-mid 40s, and another wintry blast of Arctic air will keep temps in the 30s Monday. But a weather rollercoaster is on tap this week as things turn more spring-like by Wednesday.
