Man turns himself in for alleged vandalism of Humpty Dumpty statue at Cape May mini golf course

A Pennsylvania man has turned himself in on vandalism charges after he was seen on camera allegedly damaging a vintage Humpty Dumpty statue at a Cape May, New Jersey golf course.
