We are learning new details about a crash that left a man seriously injured in Bear, Delaware. A man was driving a car that slammed into the back of a truck on Summit Bridge Road near Brennan Boulevard Thursday night. The investigation revealed the truck was stopped at the traffic light but for reasons still unknown the car did not stop.
