Legislation to make the Hershey Kiss Pennsylvania's official state candy heads to Senate
Legislation to make the Hershey Kiss the official candy of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is headed to the State Senate for consideration. Students from the Council Rock School District in Bucks County advocated for the Kiss, and were at the State Capitol in Harrisburg for the House vote.
