Gusty winds usher in big temperature drop in Philadelphia Monday, feels-like temps in the teens

Monday starts out foggy and a little warmer, but a line of showers moving through the area throughout the morning will help usher in a major temperature drop this afternoon. Feels-like temperatures will plummet into the teens and winds could gust between 40-50 mph.
