Fourth dog left outside Ocean City animal shelter in a month
The Humane Society of Ocean City said for the fourth time in the past month, a dog was left outside their adoption center to be surrendered. Most recently, a 1-year-old pit bull named Mello was tied to a bench with a note saying her owner could no longer care for her.
