Bucks County piano teacher charged with sexually abusing young students

Timothy Shay is in custody on four counts each of indecent assault and corruption of minors. Authorities say he sexually abused his piano students when they were under 13 years old, with allegations dating back to the 1990s. Officials say there may be more victims and are asking for them to come forward, Nikki DeMentri reports.
