Boaters show off Philly pride celebrating the Eagles at Deck the Hulls parade

The rain held off, and it was a beautiful night by the water. Philly loves a parade and many families gathered to watch an Eagles-themed boat parade light up the Delaware River. Ryan Hughes was in the middle of the fun at the Cherry Street Pier.
