John Fetterman has been assigned to two committees in the United States Senate.
The bill provides an additional $45 billion in emergency assistance for Ukraine in its continued fight against Russia.
The measure now goes to President Biden's desk for his signature.
The legislation passed the Senate and the House this week.
The vote was 61-36, with a number of Republican senators choosing not to vote.
