The West Trenton line was shut down around 5 p.m. after authorities say a 20-year-old man was struck and killed by an outbound SEPTA West Trenton train.
Now the question is whether the next step is cementing a deal, dealing with a job action, or continuing in limbo.

According to police, a 2011 white Mazda traveling westbound on Vine Street in the left lane ran a red light at 11th Street and struck the SEPTA bus, which was traveling north on 11th Street.
