The first truckloads of a recycled glass material being used to backfill the collapsed portion of I-95 are now out on the roadway ready for use.
The material is about 85% lighter than glass and will be laid down in the gap where I-95 collapsed to create a temporary roadway.
Gov. John Carney led a ceremony celebrating the end to the project.
