Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro will be in Montgomery County Monday to speak at a "Harris for President" rally, where he'll be joined by Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer. Both governors are reportedly being considered as Kamala Harris' running mate. Meanwhile, Harris and Donald Trump continue to ramp up their campaigns with less than 100 days until the presidential election.

Prosecutors said Barry Croft Jr. of Bear, Delaware traveled to meet with extremists. The plot was broken up by FBI agents before it could be carried out.
Croft was convicted in August on conspiracy charges and of possessing an unregistered explosive.
Adam Fox was the "driving force" behind the plot to kidnap Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, prosecutors said.
