After a long legal fight, a House panel investigating the former president on Friday released new details of his tax returns.
Trump had refused to release his returns when he ran for president and had waged a legal battle to keep them secret while he was in the White House. But the Supreme Court ruled last month that he had to turn them over to the tax-writing Ways and Means Committee.

The committee said in its report that "it was clear that the mandatory audit program was not a priority" for the IRS, and that the IRS did not audit Trump in the first two years he was in office.
The meeting is the culmination of the committee's nearly 18-month-long investigation into the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol.
The panel's seven Democrats and two Republicans voted unanimously to adopt its final report and urge the Justice Department to prosecute Trump.
