The man accused of murdering four University of Idaho students is scheduled to enter a plea in court Monday. Bryan Kohberger, 28, was indicted last week by a grand jury on four counts of first-degree murder and one count of burglary.

Bryan Kohberger, the 28-year-old Washington State University graduate student charged in the case, has yet to enter a plea and is waiting to learn whether prosecutors in the high-profile case will pursue the death penalty.
