On Tuesday morning, contractors with PennDOT set out to clean up as much of it as they could. They had their work cut out for them picking up trash on the side of I-476 in Haverford Township.
A new multi-year PennDOT project has been planned to help ease congestion along the Blue Route in Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
PennDOT is going to start construction on Monday to install new systems to manage traffic on the crowded highway from I-95 to Villanova.
The nearly $64 million project will take place all week from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.
