Video from an Avondale, Pennsylvania resident shows a Pennsylvania State Police vehicle pursuing a car. The pursuit ended when the car crashed into a tree, killing two people inside and sending a third to an area hospital in an unknown condition. Wakisha Bailey reports from the scene.
