Murphy will be joined by Department of Health Commissioner Judy Persichilli, Department of Health Communicable Disease Service Medical Director Dr. Edward Lifshitz, State Police Superintendent Colonel Patrick Callahan, and Department of Labor and Workforce Development Commissioner Robert Asaro-Angelo.
