Suspect Arrested For Slashing Tires On More Than Dozen Vehicles, Philadelphia Police Say
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A suspect has been arrested for slashing tires overnight on more than a dozen vehicles in Philadelphia. It happened on the 1800 block of South Street and the 1500 block of Spruce Street.
The suspect was identified as 25-year-old Ryan Foster.
In all, police say, 19 cars were targeted.
