SEPTA Disruption Details For Philly

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The city of Philadelphia is open for business during the SEPTA strike. The Philadelphia Parking Authority has modified rates for PPA garages and the city says if you can get a ride in to town, your ride can drop you off in the bus lane as long as he or she stays in the vehicle.

The city is providing a FREE shuttle for City Employees along the Broad Street and Market Frankford line. All riders MUST SHOW proof of city employment. Jurors are also allowed to ride the shuttle but will nee proper documentation and photo ID to board.
