Tips for new runners: Find a group to run with. I met the most amazing people at a half marathon training program and however many years later we're still meeting up on Sundays to run.
Why she runs: I've always liked to run since I was a kid. Now, after becoming a mama, I like bringing my son with me on my runs in the stroller with hopes that he'll enjoy running with me some day!
