Runaway Garbage Truck Takes Out Cars, Trash Cans In Western Pa.
BEAVER COUNTY, Pa. (CBS) --- A runaway garbage truck that smashed into several cars in Western Pennsylvania was caught on camera.
Surveillance video from a home in Beaver County shows one car jammed under the truck when it takes out a second car, pushing it down the hill, running it up onto a sidewalk and wiping out garbage cans.
It stops out of view after smashing into at least five cars.
The video also shows a Waste Management worker running after the truck a few seconds later. A second worker follows behind, trying to catch up.
Waste Management says the accident is under investigation.
