Remembering Andy Rooney
Andy Rooney, longtime CBS News correspondent and contributor to "60 Minutes," died Friday, November 4, 2011 in a hospital in New York City of complications following minor surgery. He was a respectable journalist known for his 1,097 highly opinionated essays on "60 Minutes." He died only a few weeks after he bid farewell to the broadcast.
