Police Searching For U-Haul Robbery Suspect
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Police are searching for a man they say robbed the U-Haul on the Roosevelt Boulevard in Philadelphia Saturday night.
The robbery happened just before 7:30 p.m. at the U-Haul located on the 7700 block of the Boulevard.
Police say the suspect robbed the manager at gunpoint, then headed Northbound on the Boulevard on foot, after taking $2,300.
No injuries were reported.
The suspect is described as a black male, six-foot tall, thin build, clean-shaven, wearing a black windbreaker with blue stripes.
Anyone with information is asked to call police.
