Police ID Victims Of Fatal Crash In Northeast Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police have identified the two victims in a fatal accident in Northeast Philadelphia Sunday night.
Authorities say 32-year-old Ramon Rodriguez-Camacho and 38-year-old Lorraine Rivera died in the crash on Woodward Street and the Roosevelt Boulevard.
Police say a vehicle was stopped at red light in the northbound lanes of the Boulevard when it was rear ended by a vehicle driven by Rodriguez-Camacho.
Witnesses tell police Rodriguez-Camacho's vehicle then burst into flames.
Police say witnesses attempted to put out the fire with extinguishers, but were unsuccessful.
Both occupants of the vehicle were pronounced dead at the scene.
