Police: Driver Crashes Into Parked Car In Cobbs Creek After Police Attempt To Stop Vehicle With Headlights Off
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - A driver was injured after crashing into a parked car in Philadelphia's Cobb Creek section. It happened on the 5600 block of Irving Street.
Officers were trying to pull over a car driving without its headlights on.
The driver didn't stop and crashed into a parked car.
A 43-year-old man was taken to the hospital with head injuries.
