COLWYN, Pa. (CBS) -- Police are investigating after a body was found in a creek near train tracks in Delaware County. The body was found around 12 p.m. on Monday in Cobbs Creek, near the Amtrak train tracks in Colwyn.
Police say it's unclear how the person died.
