Police: 1 Dead, 1 Injured In North Philadelphia Shooting
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Police say one person is dead and another person is injured following a shooting in North Philadelphia.
Philadelphia Police say it happened at about 3:38 p.m. Tuesday at the 2100 block of W. Dauphin Street.
According to police, a man, believed to be in his late 30's to early 40's, was shot multiple times. Police say he was taken to the hospital and pronounced dead at 3:57 p.m.
Police say a 24-year-old man was also shot. He was taken to the hospital and placed in stable condition, according to police.
No arrests have been made at this time.
Police are investigating.
