PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Sam Hinkie still trusts the process.

Various reports indicated Hinkie was in attendance for Sixers summer league games in Las Vegas, and Josh Henning of 97.3 FM in Atlantic City confirmed those reports with visual evidence on Monday.

Hinkie resigned as Sixers general manager in April, about two months before the team acquired No. 1 overall pick Ben Simmons. Thanks to Simmons' play and the imminent additions of Joel Embiid and Dario Saric, "The Process" have never looked more promising.

According to ESPN's Marc J. Spears, the Sixers believe Simmons, Embiid, and Saric will all be rookie of the year candidates in 2016-17.
