Officials: Out-Of-Control Car Strikes West Philadelphia Building

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Officials say an out-of-control car struck a building in West Philadelphia on Monday afternoon.
The incident happened shortly before 2:30 p.m. on the 4100 block of Ludlow Street.
Officials say it's unclear why the driver lost control of the car.
There are no reported injuries.
