Mummers' Fancy Brigade Association Raises Nearly $15,000 For School Supplies
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The Mummers are making sure students strut into the new school year with everything they need. The Fancy Brigade Association raised nearly $15,000 in their Annual Teachers Give.
The funds were used to buy school supplies like pens, pencils, notebooks, and even a desktop computer.
The new supplies will be distributed to five schools across the Philadelphia School District.
