Marcin Gortat Apologizes To Crying Wizards Fan After Sixers Loss

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The Sixers are making little kids cry, now. By winning.

The Wizards lost 109-102 to the Sixers on Wednesday night, and more embarrassingly fell to 2-8 on the season.

Center Marcin Gortat took to Twitter to apologize to a young fan who attended the game in Philadelphia. The boy was in tears by the fourth quarter!

Gortat has not been bashful about his team's poor play, saying, "I think we've got one of the worst bench in the league right now," earlier in the week.

Gortat reference the Wizards' poor bench again after their loss to the Sixers on Twitter.

Gortat had 10 points and 14 rebounds in the Wizard's loss on Wednesday night.
