Man, Woman From Frankford Accused In Burglaries

FRANKFORD, Del. (AP) -- A man and a woman from Frankford have been charged in five residential burglaries.

State police say the burglaries occurred Wednesday evening in the Plantation Park development west of Ocean View.

Forty-one-year-old Kristie Kirkpatrick and 22-year-old Jeffrey Andrew face a total of 25 charges related to the break-ins, including theft, criminal mischief and conspiracy. They're being held on bond.

Police say they were arrested after investigators came to their home and found property that was stolen in the burglaries. Police say Kirkpatrick and Andrew would force their way into homes through locked doors and windows and steal televisions, video-game systems and other property.
