Man Struck, Killed By Train Near Torresdale Station In Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Service on SEPTA's Trenton Regional Rail Line was suspended early Saturday afternoon after a man was struck and killed by a train.
Police say the unidentified man was walking across the train tracks near the Torresdale Station when he was hit.
Service was halted between 2 and 2:30 p.m. and again at about 3:30 p.m. causing customers to experience heavy delays for the rest of the afternoon. Service resumed at about 5 p.m.
