Limited State Of Emergency Lifted In Wilmington
WILMINGTON, Del. (CBS) -- The Mayor of Wilmington says he is lifting the Limited State of Emergency in the city.
Mayor Williams made the announcement around noon on Friday.
Road conditions in the state have improved, but Williams urged drivers to exercise caution, particularly on back roads and side streets.
