The evacuation order was lifted around 4:30 p.m.

Late Tuesday morning, the Larimer County Sheriff's Office released information on the fire, stating that multiple agencies responded to the wildfire when it broke out around 3 p.m. A nearby Larimer County Road and Bridge crew also brought road graders and erected a grader line around the fire. LCSO said crews created another line on an interior island to protect a building.

The evacuation order was sent to 648 contacts in the area, the number of devices LCSO says are signed up to receive alerts there.

The sheriff's office says the fire was contained at 70 acres, and the cause remains under investigation.
