New York MoMA Suspect Gary Cabana To Face Philadelphia Judge On Arson Charges Monday
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Gary Cabana will face a Philadelphia judge on arson charges Monday. He's accused of stabbing two employees at the Museum of Modern Art in New York City last week.
Police arrested Cabana at the Greyhound bus terminal in Chinatown. He's accused of setting a hotel room on fire nearby while on the run.
New York City police say Cabana stabbed museum employees after his membership was revoked.
