• City of Wilmington Offices will open two hours late today.
• Chester County Government offices will open one hour late today.
• Independence National Historical Park and Independence Visitors Center in Old City will open at 10 a.m. today.
• Montco Senior Adult Activities Center in Ambler is closed today; meals on wheels will be delivered.
• Pennsylvania Department of Health-Bureau of Laboratories is operating on a two-hour delay.
• Pottstown Meals on Wheels is operating on a two hour delay.
